Be careful:
This product is a phase change material. During air transportation, the cabin and local climate may cause slight deformation of the product edges, which does not affect normal use. If not acceptable, do not purchase.
Introduction to usage:
1. Thoroughly clean the surface of the chip and the contact surface of the radiator. It is recommended to use a complimentary alcohol wipe.
2. Key points: If the surface of the chip is to be attached, it must be cut to the same size as the chip, or even slightly smaller by one edge, with a solid edge and no overhang, in order to tear the film. If it is attached to the base of the heat sink, it is recommended that it be one circle larger than the chip for easy aiming, and do not cover uneven bumps. Only on a flat surface can the film be easily torn! However, no matter which side you are sticking to, the edges should not be suspended. The next step is easy to operate. Irregular edges and suspended edges can lead to poor film tearing;
3. Tear off one side of the release film and paste it onto the base of the radiator or the surface of the chip (do not repeatedly knead the phase change film before use. If room temperature is too high, you can refrigerate it for ten minutes, making it easier to tear off the film after cooling);
4. Then evenly apply pressure on the entire surface of the phase change sheet with your thumb to fully adhere the phase change sheet for the next step of film tearing;
5. Tear off the other half of the release film. It is more convenient to use the free easy to tear adhesive aid, which can start from the corners, making it more convenient;
6. Directly install and fasten the radiator, and immediately turn it on for use.
