Speculations are swirling around the Intel Core Ultra 200 series. Recent gossip suggests that the soon-to-be-released Core Ultra 200V “Lunar Lake” laptop CPUs are anticipated to hit the market in September, with the Core Ultra 200K “Arrow Lake-S” desktop processors following suit in October.

An article by Benchlife (via VideoCardz) sheds light on the launch dates of the Intel Core Ultra 200 series for laptops and desktops. As per the report, Lunar Lake’s release is projected to fall between September 17th and 24th. This timeline positions the introduction of the new laptop platform ahead of this year’s Intel Innovation event, scheduled to take place from September 24th to the 25th.

Furthermore, the report hints that the Core Ultra 200K series may hit the shelves around a month later, accompanied by the initial Z890 motherboards’ release by Intel. The Core Ultra 200 non-K CPUs are anticipated to debut only in early 2025 alongside B860 and H810 motherboards, with a probable product showcase occurring at CES 2025.

When considering the speculated launches of AMD’s Strix Point and Ryzen 9000 CPUs in July, along with the potential unveiling of Nvidia’s next-generation GeForce graphics cards towards the end of 2024, it appears that a series of noteworthy releases may be on the horizon for the latter part of the year.
