Attack on Titan virtual reality debuts in Early Access later this month

Several tiny demos have been presented to exhibit the concept of an Attack on Titan game in VR. At last, an official game is on the horizon. Crafted by UNIVRS, Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable is gearing up for release later this month, kicking off in ‘Early Access’ as the developers toil to finalize the game.

For VR headset owners, Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable will be an economical purchase. The initial version in Early Access will encompass story chapters 1 & 2 upon launch, available for a mere $4.99. Acquiring this edition also grants entry to the definitive 1.0 version of the game, complete with the entire narrative and a cooperative mode. It remains uncertain if the game’s price will increase post its departure from Early Access, but the probability is high.

The commencement of Early Access for the game is slated for the 23rd of July on the Meta Quest platform, necessitating a Quest 2, Quest Pro, or Quest 3 headset for gameplay. The potential arrival of the game on Steam, enabling play on PC VR headsets like the original Oculus Rift, the HTC VIVE, or the Valve Index, remains undisclosed.

The game will spotlight 3D Maneuvering, enabling players to swiftly navigate and soar across the terrain, striving to evade and conquer titans along the route. Both Japanese and English voice options will be available in the game, a pleasing revelation for enthusiasts of the anime series.
