Bowers & Wilkins Revamps High-Quality Portable Listening Experience With the New Pi6 and Pi8 Wireless Earbuds

The well-known audio label Bowers & Wilkins has introduced the Pi6 and Pi8, their latest True Wireless earbuds. Crafted by the same team behind the renowned Px7 S2e and Premier over-ear Px8 headphones, these earbuds are described as a notable advancement in comfort, audio excellence, and noise isolation for on-the-go listening.

The Pi6, crafted to provide exceptional worth, utilizes an advanced Qualcomm chipset for enhanced wireless reliability and supports aptX Adaptive for high-definition audio. It is armed with 12mm bio-cellulose drive units, inspired by the award-winning Px7 S2e headphones, to produce remarkable sound in a streamlined form.

The flagship Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 elevates performance with exclusive Carbon Cone drive unit technology, also found in the Px8 headphones. Supporting both aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless, the Pi8 includes a dedicated DSP, DAC, and amplification for the most superior audio resolution.

Both models feature an elegant design with premium elements and IP54 water resistance. Their form, shaped by extensive study on human ear shapes, is created for a comfy fit and efficient noise reduction for a diverse set of users.

The Pi8 delivers 6.5 hours of listening and an extra 13.5 hours from the Smartcase, which also sustains wireless charging and audio retransmission. This last feature is quite innovative as it allows you to utilize the case as a Bluetooth adapter, playing audio from wired sources to the earbuds.

The Pi8 is currently priced at $399, while the Pi6 will hit the market in early September for $249.
