Asus has been diligently enhancing its ProArt lineup, especially evident during Computex where the brand unveiled three new monitors tailored for professional use. One standout is the PA32KCX, a 32-inch 8K monitor boasting a mini LED panel and built-in colorimeter. Joining the fray is the PA32QCV, a 32-inch 6K monitor, and the PA27JCV ProArt 5K monitor featuring 218 pixels per inch on a 27-inch screen.

Asus leverages Computex 2024 to exhibit its assortment of ProArt monitors

Sporting a resolution of 5,120 × 2,880 pixels, the 27-inch ProArt 5K PA27JCV monitor offers an impressive 218 pixels per inch (ppi). This level of screen detail is a rarity, with comparable options from Apple’s Studio Display or Samsung’s ViewFinity S90PC. While specifics on this version are still scarce, it is anticipated to utilize an IPS panel, prioritizing color precision and quality. Asus introduces the “LuxPixel” technology, an anti-glare coating that mimics paper texture for a focused and sharp display. The screen is expected to cover nearly the entire DCI-P3 color gamut with full sRGB compatibility.

ProArt 6K PA32QCV

This 31.5-inch screen, the PA32QCV, shares the same pixel density as the PA27JCV. With a resolution of 6,016 × 3,384 pixels, it boasts a high-quality display akin to its 27-inch counterpart. Although not currently exhibited at Computex, this model has just been unveiled, promising similar functionality and color accuracy.
