Unveiling Corresponding Four Circuit Design

The core of the Momentum C2 Preamplifier embodies Dan D’Agostino’s groundbreaking corresponding four-circuit topology. This exceptional input stage mechanism establishes a fresh benchmark for efficiency and accuracy, delivering unmatched lucidity and allegiance to your auditory encounter. Meticulous focus on design intricacies ensures optimal mechanical and electrical separation, ensuring immaculate signal consistency during the pivotal preamplification phase.

Constructing upon the heritage of the Momentum HD Preamplifier, the Momentum C2 design employs an array of four JFET transistors in a corresponding, differential, push-pull configuration, significantly amplifying input impedance and reducing noise. Its extraordinary, discrete dual-complementary differential JFET input phase achieves noteworthy performance and steadiness in every system layout.

For recordings that are not of audiophile grade, the transformative tone-control circuitry remains completely see-through in its functioning, ensuring no influence on the signal path when inactive. Hidden behind a subtle panel on the front side, a headphone jack integrating autonomous amplifier circuitry brings forth a premium realm of private auditory experience.

The advanced dynamics and power supply of the Momentum C2 Preamplifier are an outcome of an increased power supply, stored in a separate frame for ultimate isolation, and energizing the audio frame through a 20-amp interlocking connector. The power supply incorporates individual tailored toroidal transformers allocated to analog and digital circuitry, respectively, with internal circuitry addressing RF noise and inconsistencies in the powerline.

Designed with accuracy and sophistication in mind, the Momentum C4 Preamplifier embodies a streamlined and refined blueprint. The included two-way remote control, housed in precisely machined aluminum and Delrin®, provides intuitive command over unit functions and settings. With its ergonomic layout and LCD screen, the remote delivers a seamless user involvement, mirroring data from the preamplifier’s frontal display.

An optional DSM is presented by the Momentum C2 Preamplifier, introducing connectivity for outdated sources, USB functionality, and top-notch streaming capability. The DSM, which is field upgradeable, adds SPDIF coaxial, optical, USB-B, RJ45, and Wi-Fi network inputs. For latency-free playback of high-resolution network content, support for 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet is offered.

Customized iOS applications make it effortless to maneuver music collections, streaming content, and unit functions. Native incorporation with subscription-based streaming amenities like Tidal, Qobuz, and Spotify is facilitated within the application, with additional compatibility for Tidal Connect. Moreover, with aptly encoded files, standard MQA decoding is activated. For individuals who prefer alternative music management, Roon Ready certification will also be accessible.

Having the ability to process the most elevated resolution sources in contemporary times, the DSM inherently decodes PCM signals up to 32 bit/384 kHz and DSD signals up to DSD256 (11.2 MHz). The analog section of a DAC is significantly crucial to the ultimate auditory performance of digital music. Internal balanced connections transport the ultimate analog signal straight to the input circuitry. Subsequently, the analog music signal benefits from the complete power and analog circuitry inside the Momentum C2 Preamplifier.

Constructed with accuracy and sophistication in mind, the Momentum C2 Preamplifier exudes a sleek and advanced design. The embedded dual-directional remote control, encased in meticulously machined aluminum and Delrin®, delivers intuitive management over unit functions and settings. With its ergonomic structure and LCD screen, the remote mirror information from the preamplifier’s frontal display, providing a seamless user interface.
