Capcom made the announcement on their official website, inviting players to “Embark on an adventure in a fantastical world! Enjoy a two-hour free trial of Dragon’s Dogma 2 during this event,” with the added bonus that “progress made in the trial can be transferred to the full game version.”
This trial is accessible on all supported platforms (PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC), but will only be active for a limited period – concluding on the 17th or 18th of July.
Prospective players looking to try out Dragon’s Dogma 2 can also take advantage of the game’s character customization tool, which was unveiled as a separate release before the game’s debut.
