Recent discoveries strongly imply that the setting of The Elder Scrolls VI may be in Hammerfell.

The setting for The Elder Scrolls VI is still largely shrouded in mystery, but recent developments have hinted at where the game could take place.

Reddit user nitsuaztnarf stumbled upon an active Pinterest profile belonging to an individual from Bethesda Game Studios. The profile featured numerous pins showcasing ideas and concepts for the highly anticipated upcoming installment in the series. Based on these pins, all signs point to the game being situated in Hammerfell, an expansive region situated in the western part of Tamriel. Hammerfell boasts diverse landscapes such as jungles, wooded mountains, subtropical grasslands, swamps, and deserts.

While this discovery could have been disregarded as mere speculation, what sets this finding apart is the pattern of fantasy-themed pins on the profile following the release of Starfield. This suggests that these pins are indeed related to The Elder Scrolls VI. Furthermore, the profile swiftly switched to private status shortly after surfacing on Reddit, potentially hinting at an attempt to conceal information prematurely unveiled.

Details on The Elder Scrolls VI remain scarce. The title was first announced in 2018 alongside Starfield, with a projected release date still at least five years away. According to Todd Howard, the game aims to be the ultimate fantasy world simulator, promising a substantial leap forward in comparison to its predecessor.

The Elder Scrolls VI is presently undergoing development, with an official release date yet to be confirmed.
