Nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s new Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) central business district, this new establishment is poised to bring the enchanting world of Apple to the local community in an unprecedented manner.

With over 160 dedicated team members on board, Apple The Exchange TRX stands ready to assist customers in discovering and acquiring their favorite Apple products. From the iconic iPhone 15 series to the sleek MacBook Air equipped with M3, and the latest iPad models such as the reimagined iPad Air and ultra-thin iPad Pro featuring M4 technology.

More than just a retail space, Apple The Exchange TRX will serve as a vibrant educational center offering free immersive in-store sessions through the Today at Apple initiative. Conducted by Apple Creatives, these sessions aim to inspire creativity and empower attendees to maximize the potential of their devices through diverse topics spanning from fundamental operations to advanced photo and video editing techniques.

As part of the grand opening celebration, an exclusive Today at Apple series titled “Jom Discover” will run from the inauguration day on Saturday, June 22, until Saturday, July 6. Ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly operation, Apple The Exchange TRX will operate entirely on renewable energy sources, affirming its commitment to environmental conservation. The store’s design concept incorporates premium materials such as natural stone walls, stainless steel columns, terrazzo floors, and a timber ceiling, reflecting Apple’s signature sophisticated aesthetic.

In line with Apple’s mission to enhance customer experience, the store will feature a dedicated Apple Pickup counter for convenient online order retrieval and a Genius Bar for expert technical support. Additionally, students and families can benefit from exclusive educational pricing on select Mac and iPad products, along with special offers such as complimentary AirPods or Apple Pencil with eligible purchases.
