NYT Strands today (game #49) – hint #1 – today’s theme
What is the theme of today’s NYT Strands?
• Today’s NYT Strands theme is… That’s life!
Either today’s NYT Strands game is the toughest for weeks or I was off form today. I suspect it’s a mix of both. Give it a go and see how you fare and make use of the Strands hints if needed to find the answers.
NYT Strands today (game #49) – the answers
The answers to today’s Strands, game #49 include DRIVE, SPEAK, CRAWL, MARRY, VOTE, GRADUATE, RETIRE, and the SPANGRAM word: MILESTONES.
Wow! Today’s puzzle proved to be very challenging for me, requiring hints for the first time in weeks. The theme of ‘Milestones’ was somewhat obscure, making it harder to crack the puzzle.
Your mileage may vary, but personally, finding the spangram today was particularly tricky as it didn’t follow the pattern I had anticipated. Nevertheless, after some perseverance and a couple of hints, I managed to complete the puzzle.
Reflecting on the solving process, I realized my strategy was mainly trial and error until a pattern emerged with words like SPEAK, CRAWL, and MARRY. The elusive spangram position and the broad theme added to the complexity of the challenge.
Despite the difficulty, it was a satisfying solve. I hope for a smoother experience with tomorrow’s puzzle. How did you fare today? Share your experience via email.
